Delegate Armstead moves to amend the bill on page two, line eighteen, section three-a of article fifteen of chapter eleven, by deleting subdivisions (2), (3) and (4) and inserting in lieu thereof the following new subdivision:

 “(2) Additional Rate Reduction - - The tax on sales, purchases and uses of food and food ingredients as defined in that section that is intended for human consumption shall cease after December 31, 2011.”;

AND

on page five, line two, following the period by striking all of Section 11B-2-20.
